They also consistently check the gauge to produce highly precise, accurate and quality products. Their machines are GIULIANI broaching and gearing machines by Italy, ESCO-D2/D5 pin-cutting machines by Switzerland, CNC machines by Taiwan and various self-design NC processing machines. This allows Federal Lock to produce small (100units) or mass amounts (10,000units) to cater for the various types of customers.
Federal Lock have numerous standardized testing instruments such as: omnipotent material testing, hardness testing, salt-spray testing, 3D projector, cycle testing and so on. They also own self-designed gauges for on time checking on the production line which matches customer requests and assures product precision. They also have acquired many certificates for the safety of their locks throughout the years such as Secured by design (SBD), Sold Secure, BSI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, D&B D-U-N-S. “Rapid reaction and accurate analysis are the basis spirit of our customer service”.
